Another Visit to Jules Cafe Bar for Aussie Cuisine

The meals at Jules (15 Jalan Riang) are not cheap coming to at least S$25 per person, but I think the Aussies here probably find it cheap compared to the prices back home. My cousin informs me that just a simple sandwich costs 10 bucks in Australia.

After trying more items on the menu, I still like the Chicken Parmigiana best. The lamb here is always good and we enjoy the freshly made garlic bread as well. Both the bread and butter seem to be freshly made.

It comes to you in a generous loaf portion.

Preferred the chicken parmigiana to the lasagne which was one of the specials.

The decor here is very cosy with the lit candles and the paintings.

There’s a lounge area with sofas towards the back of the restaurant.

I am still waiting to try the lemon tart as it’s sold out each time we ask. It must be that good. I didn’t really fancy the tiramisu and I’m not very much a tiramisu kinda person and I found it too cheesy (there were thick layers of creamy cheese within).

There was a wonderful pink sunset to greet us as we were leaving.
