Old Style Shopping Centre: Hougang Green Shopping Mall

Well I am not sure if Hougang Green Shopping Mall is really that old, but it did seem very run down and the shops had that old style feeling. It has a similar vibe as City Plaza in Geylang where another outlet of Arnold’s is located.

Really old style birthday cards at a stationary store that looked like something out of my 70’s childhood. So generic that it’s funny.

This is how I remember Cinderella. The classic Disney version. I recall watching the movie four times in the theatre when I was four, never tiring of the magic. Cinderella was and still is my favourite Disney Princess. Guess I always loved the underdog. Especially the underdog’s triumph over the bullies.

A old style scale. No way were we gonna get on this after a heavy meal of oily fried chicken at Arnold’s.

I have never seen anyone successfully get a toy of out this, but it’s cool that these old machines still exist.
