Carl’s Junior: Some Days You Just Need a Yummy Charbroiled Burger with Bacon and Cheese

Since I don’t eat beef, I go for the chicken club which is so orgasmically good because it has bacon! Bacon always makes any food better. It has melted cheese too which just upps the yum factor. One thing about Carl’s Junior is that eating can get very messy. The burger drips with yummy sauces so it’s worth it. It’s also because it’s charbroiled and not fried like at most other burger joints.

Onion rings at burger king are mostly flour. At least at Carl’s Junior you get real slices of onion and this deep fried delicacy sure is delicious.

The chicken club cost $8.70 Singapore dollars, while the onions rings cost S$3.60. It’s more expensive than burger king, but to me it’s a higher level burger, on the taste scale, and it’s worth it. The way I’m evangelising the burger you would think they would give me a freeie already (shamelessly huge hint to the Carl’s Junior people).

This is the official description of the Charbroiled Chicken Club to get your taste buds going – Charbroiled Chicken Breast, Two Strips of Bacon, Melted Swiss Cheese, Lettuce, Tomato and Mayonnaise on a Honey Wheat Bun. It’s totally worth the whopping 550 calories. Just have 2 of these and you’re done for the day.
