When Life Sucks: Donor Turns Out to be Wife’s Lover

Imagine receiving a kidney from your wife’s friend only to discover later that he fathered your daughter and has been having an affair with your wife for the past 4 years.

Out of gratitude he even helped the donor, whom the wife introduced as someone who was like a brother, to start a small business. That would drive anyone ballistic. Can you imagine the tumult of emotions he must be going through.

Betrayal of trust is really a terrible thing. I feel so awfully sorry for the kidney recipient and his daughter in this case. What were the motives behind donating the kidney? Was the lover persuaded by the wife? Was it to relieve himself of guilt? To make it easier to leave with the wife and biological child, which he eventually did? Something seemingless selfless for selfish reasons? The whole thing is so mind-boggling and devious. I think you will feel much compassion for the victim too, when you read the story at The Daily Chilli.

This is a really crazy story. Something that would be fit for the movies! I wonder if it would have been better for the guy to just die and not have received the kidney?

Oh god! That sounds like an episode of Oprah just waiting to happen… Poor family..

I can’t stop thinking about this story. It’s crazy! And the more I think about it, the strangest part of the whole thing is the actual kidney donation. What was the motivation? Was it because the wife still loves the husband and wanted to save him? For money? Did the lover feel guilty? I must know!
