When I have a meal at a Chinese restaurant in Singapore, I love ordering a pot of Chrysanthemum Tea. This refreshing tea is made with rock sugar and the yellow Chrysanthemum flower. One pot can generously serve about 8 cups or more.

This tea helps aid digestion and has been used in traditional Chinese medicine for centuries, so it must be good for you.
